The TGSB learning methodology encompasses the student-centric approach giving a sense of autonomy, competence, and relatedness to the learners where they start believing in themselves by creating intrinsic motivation. It is based on the groundbreaking theory of constructivism by Jean Piaget, bringing forth the active creation of knowledge in the students’ minds rather than a simple information transmission from teacher to students. Each TGSB mentor handholds a student, when in need. Otherwise, learning is through an active student-driven inquiry generation process which takes every learner vertically deep down the learning trench-unpacking new knowledge each time throughout the research dynamics.
