The word family has the power of cohesion, understanding, compassion, collaboration, and emotional counter balancing where all the members are given equal respect and importance. It needs an extra mile to walk for any organization to call its stakeholders a part of the family. TGSB calls itself a family as it practices the family ‘pratha’ or tradition of walking the learning journey with its stakeholders, holding each other’s hands. Heading towards the common goal of creating best learning outcomes for the students, the whole family of TGSB students, practitioners, and parents contribute their bits to create a holistic development model for each student. The freedom of sharing knowledge and perspectives reaches its fulfillment in an informal environment with an open-door policy, which strongly advocates the sense of autonomy and a voice of self- advocacy for each stakeholder.
