TGSB Zero energy’ initiatives and practices focus on minimizing energy consumption and maximizing the use of renewable energy sources to achieve a net-zero energy balance. Rather than just creating an awareness of zero energy practices, the TGSB stakeholders have completely adopted energy-saving behaviours in them. Starting from using energy-efficient appliances and infrastructure like green roofs, geothermal heating and cooling to solar power generation and installing energy monitoring systems to track energy use, the TGSB stakeholders do not leave any stone unturned in identifying areas where energy efficiency can be improved.
