Admission Process at The Green School Bangalore (TGSB)

At TGSB, the admission journey is designed to be warm, personalized, and parent-friendly, ensuring every family experiences the ethos and vision of the school closely.

Step 1: Admission Enquiry

The admission process begins with parents raising an enquiry through the school website, phone call, email, or direct communication with the admissions team.

Step 2: Interaction with the Admissions Team

The admissions team connects with the parents to understand the child’s educational needs, interests, and expectations from the school.

Step 3: Campus Visit / Virtual Tour

  • Parents residing within the city are encouraged to visit the campus for a personalized school tour and interaction.
  • For parents residing outside Bengaluru or overseas, a detailed virtual tour and online interaction are arranged.

Admission on Wheels – A Unique TGSB Initiative

To ensure accessibility and convenience for families, TGSB offers its unique “Admission on Wheels” initiative, where a dedicated school vehicle along with an admission executive is arranged to pick up parents and bring them to the campus for the admission interaction and tour experience.

Step 4: Counselling & Academic Interaction

During the visit or post virtual interaction, the admissions team conducts a counselling session to help parents understand TGSB’s philosophy, curriculum, sustainability practices, and holistic learning approach.

Step 5: Meeting with School Leadership

Parents and students then interact with the respective academic heads, coordinators, and management team to discuss curriculum expectations, student support systems, and overall school culture.

Step 6: Fee Structure & Admission Formalities

Post interaction, the fee structure and school policies are explained in detail. Parents may then collect the admission form and begin the onboarding and documentation process for admission confirmation.
