Stepping Stones – Supporting Inclusive Education at TGSB

At The Green School Bangalore (TGSB), inclusive education is deeply rooted in our philosophy of ensuring equal learning opportunities for every child. In alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4 – Quality Education and SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities, TGSB has collaborated with Stepping Stones to support neurodivergent learners through a holistic and integrated approach to inclusive education.

Through this partnership, students are provided with comprehensive support services under one roof, including Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy (SP), Behaviour Therapy (BT), counselling support, shadow teachers, individualized intervention programs, and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each learner’s unique needs.

The initiative focuses on enabling neurodivergent students to meaningfully integrate into mainstream classrooms while receiving the emotional, behavioural, academic, and therapeutic support required for their growth and independence. Teachers and parents are also guided through continuous collaboration, intervention strategies, and progress monitoring to create a safe, inclusive, and empowering learning environment.

At TGSB, we believe inclusion is not just support, it is acceptance, accessibility, and empowerment, ensuring every learner thrives with dignity, confidence, and belonging within the school community.
